The next step is to reserve your room at The Inn at Laurel Point.
You can use either of these methods to book your room and receive the special reduced rate for our retreat guests:

NOTE: If you wish to add a night or two on either side of the retreat to extend your stay and soak up more of Victoria, you will need to contact the hotel by phone or email. The online link will only give you the retreat dates as an option.

Once you confirm the retreat dates, you will be given the chance to choose your room. The Laurel Wing is the original hotel and the rooms there are lovely. The Erickson Wing is the newer part of the hotel, and these rooms are absolutely delicious.

THE LAST STEP IN YOUR REGISTRATION…
…will be to make your retreat balance of payment on 16 February 2025.
We will be sending a reminder and a few pre-retreat emails, so please be sure to add heather@alisonwearing.com and hello@alisonwearing.com to your email address book to ensure that our messages don’t end up in your spam folder!
TRAVEL DETAILS:
The retreat will begin on Sunday, April 13, with a welcome event at 5pm and participants are welcome to arrive anytime after hotel check-in at 3pm. We will wrap up the retreat on the morning of Thursday, April 17, and hotel check-out is at 11am.
The closest airport is in Victoria (YYJ), but there are also ferries to Victoria from Vancouver (BC Ferries) and Seattle (FRS Clipper). Participants should plan to make their own way to and from the retreat venue, The Inn at Laurel Point.
